Center config

Anticoagulation
Heparin stock concentration
Used to calculate syringe draw volumes for all heparin dosing at this center.
Default syringe volume
Centers using a dilute heparin stock (1,000 U/mL) should generally choose 20 mL. Otherwise higher doses automatically move to a 20 mL preparation on a per-session basis when needed.
Heparin stop time for catheter patients
For patients on a tunneled or temporary catheter. Fistula and graft patients are not affected (they stop 30 min before the end). Any patient's time can still be changed on their session screen.
Fluid removal
Dry-weight step
How far the dry weight moves each time the prescription changes it.
Fixed: 0.5 kg per step.
Weight-based: 1% of dry weight, rounded to 0.1 kg (min 0.3, max 0.8 kg).
Maximum UF rate
The ceiling, not the target: sessions are still planned at 13 wherever time allows.
mL/kg/hr · whole numbers, 8–25 (13 unless changed)
Volume ceiling
For centers whose patients arrive with very large gains. It does not scale with body weight. Ordinary sessions only; low-blood-pressure and long-gap sessions keep their own, gentler limits. Anything beyond the limit carries to the next session.
Minimum UF rate for profiling
The lowest UF rate at which the machine will run a profile.
mL/hr · 0–500, in steps of 50
Dialysate sodium
Sodium in the A bag and the B bag
As printed on each bag, after mixing. Added together, they give this center's base sodium.
A bag · B bag, mEq/L
Machine's sodium adjustment range
How far above and below the base sodium the machine can adjust the dialysate sodium.
± mEq/L · 5–20
Default dialysate sodium
The dialysate sodium set at this center.
mEq/L · 135–145
Machine's operating sodium range
The lowest and highest sodium the machine runs.
lowest · highest, mEq/L
Sodium range while a profile runs
The lowest and highest sodium the machine runs during a sodium profile.
lowest · highest, mEq/L
Dialyzer reuse
Reuse dialyzers at this center
Off: every patient is single use. Turn it on if this center reuses dialyzers. Each patient can then be set to reuse on their own Edit patient screen.
Study data export
This center's saved sessions, one row each: what was entered, what the app proposed, what was given, whether it was followed or changed (and the reason), the flags and the engine version. Patient codes only — no names.

Orders for the next session

Each box and tile starts at what is running now. Any edit made to a box or tile is a manual override, even if the same number is typed again, and it becomes an order for the next session. Typing in a box releases its freeze; it can be frozen again.
